Starting this weekend. The lovely Sophie that has been with us for so long now will be making the coffees Saturday, Sunday and all day Monday. After having looked over my shoulder for about 2 and a half years, about 6 months ago Sophie asked if I could train her properly. She has spent many evenings of her own time training, practising, and last week was thrown in the deep end due to me being sick. Our brave little Sophie was nervous, but jumped to the challenge. And she did an awesome job. Fun times and great coffees ahead, my friends.
