You may have noticed that we have a couple of very cool, hand made stools in front of our counter. They are not mine and have been on loan since day one of Urban Grind Paddington, which is long enough to forget most of the time that they are on loan. This is a Thank You post to my good and generous friend Brendan Hogg. And I think as a thank you, the least I can do is tell you a bit about why Brendan is our coolest customer/mate.
With has father and brother he runs a business called Cardiffair. These guys are passionate about natural cooling. Do not use the word ‘Conditioning’ while sharing the same air with these boys. Running a Cardiffair system will save you money and the environment, by using much less energy to run. So give these guys a call and say “All I need is the air that I breathe!” and they will show you how it all works. I know this sounds like a bit of a ’sell’ but you have to understand that if Brendan didn’t work 6 and a half days a week he might have time to sit at home on his stools and therefor might want them back.
